You can remove light dirt and limescale with a soft, dry cloth, water and/or detergent. To prevent surface damages, you should not use detergents or disinfectants containing alcohol or acid, or abrasives. Materials which scratch should also be avoided: they may even weaken the secure fastening to the wall.

You can clean very dirty gold surfaces with an ordinary gold cleaning agent, available from shops.

In order not to damage the coating, frosted glasses should not be washed in a dishwasher. Replacement glassware is simple to order from our Online Shop.

In principle, all spares are obtainable from trade counters at dealers or from your fitter. It is also simple to buy glassware directly from our Online Shop.

Some liquid soaps from shops contain substances which attack the materials of the soap dispenser pump. This may clog or irreparably damage the pump. To avoid such damage, we recommend you flush out the pump regularly. Immerse the pump in water. Then give it a thorough wash.

In case of complaint, we will examine the items concerned and replace them if we find manufacturing defects. Our guarantee does not cover damage resulting from mistreatment, excessive use, use of aggressive or abrasive cleaning materials or natural wear and tear. For purchased products, we offer a guarantee within the scope of our suppliers' terms and conditions.
